A multidisciplinary group of passionate, innovative therapists — working together under one roof in Newton, Surrey to get you better, faster, and back to what you love.
Bhuv and Ravi built Move to Motion from the ground up in the Newton community. They are not administrators — they are clinicians who see patients every day and remain personally accountable to every outcome in this clinic.

Bhuv is the founder and clinical lead at Move to Motion, bringing over 10 years of experience to every patient he sees. He holds a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology, giving him a uniquely deep foundation in human movement, biomechanics, and clinical rehabilitation.
Known for getting to the root cause when other practitioners couldn’t, Bhuv combines advanced manual therapy, IMS dry needling, and highly individualized programming to treat everything from acute sports injuries to complex chronic pain. His results speak for themselves — and so do his patients.

With a Bachelor of Science and a background as a certified strength and conditioning coach, Ravi bridges eastern and western medicine with precision. He draws on TCM principles, anatomy, and functional movement to identify and address the root patterns driving each patient’s condition — specializing in headaches, migraines, chronic pain, and performance recovery.
After earning his cosmetic acupuncture certification, Ravi began exploring non-invasive approaches to skin tightening — which led him to XERF by Cynosure. He now incorporates XERF treatments alongside his acupuncture practice, offering patients a complete path from pain relief to aesthetic rejuvenation.
Every member of our team was selected for clinical excellence, patient communication, and alignment with our evidence-based, patient-first values.

Venkat brings over two decades of clinical experience across India, Malaysia, and Canada. He holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy specializing in Orthopaedics and has served as Assistant Professor, clinical instructor, and practitioner across three countries.
Since arriving in Canada in 2013, he completed training in vestibular rehab, concussion management (CCMI), temporomandibular rehab, and IMS dry needling. He actively mentors physiotherapists through their Canadian qualifying exams.

Paul leads the active rehabilitation program at Move to Motion — designing supervised exercise plans that rebuild strength, stability, and endurance following injury. Working alongside the physiotherapy and chiropractic team, Paul ensures recovery extends well beyond the treatment table into real, functional movement.
With expertise in ICBC-funded active rehab programs, Paul builds progressive, individualized plans that meet patients where they are and move them forward safely. His passion for functional movement and injury prevention makes him invaluable to the team.

Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Liang came to chiropractic care through his own experience recovering from chronic low back and neck pain. That journey inspired his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at Windsor (Movement Science) and his DC at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
He believes in a patient-centered approach that puts understanding and communication first. Using spinal manipulation, muscle release therapy, IASTM, and patient education, Dr. Liang creates lasting structural change — not temporary relief.

Pardeep is a Registered Massage Therapist with a thorough understanding of soft tissue mechanics, anatomy, and the relationship between chronic tension and pain. She approaches every patient with genuine care — listening first, treating with precision.
Her sessions draw from Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release to address both immediate discomfort and the underlying structural patterns driving it. She works with ICBC patients, clients managing work-related strain, and anyone seeking therapeutic massage that creates real and lasting relief.

Dr. Emily Ma brings a dual-lens approach to acupuncture — rooted in the classical philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine while fluent in modern western clinical practice. She assesses the body as a whole system, identifying energetic and physiological patterns underlying each patient’s condition.
Her treatment integrates TCM principles with evidence-based protocols to address tension headaches, migraines, chronic pain, women’s health, energy and fatigue, and hormonal balance. She also offers fire cupping. Patients describe her sessions as both physically effective and genuinely restorative.

Amrit is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Having been involved in competitive sports throughout his life, he brings a unique understanding of the mental dimensions of physical recovery — making him particularly effective within our multidisciplinary clinic.
He builds strong therapeutic relationships through honesty, trust, and open communication. His practice spans injury and wellness, personal growth, relationships, substance use, mental health, and career development — including ICBC-covered counselling for MVA recovery.
At Move to Motion, every practitioner is aware of what every other practitioner is doing. Your physio and your massage therapist talk. Your chiropractor and your counsellor align. No silos, no conflicting advice — just a unified team working toward the same outcome.
Every decision is made with the patient at the centre. We listen first, then act.
Our therapists rely on the latest clinical research and proven techniques — not guesswork.
Every professional at Move to Motion works together toward a single goal: your recovery.
From IMS to XERF, we invest in the most effective, cutting-edge tools and treatments available.
