Registered Massage Therapists delivering evidence-based, hands-on treatment for pain, tension, injury, and stress — with direct billing to most extended health plans.
Move to Motion’s Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are regulated health professionals trained to assess and treat soft tissue dysfunction, musculoskeletal pain, and nervous system dysregulation. Our approach goes beyond relaxation — every treatment begins with an assessment to identify the structures driving your symptoms and build a targeted treatment plan.
We integrate massage therapy with the other disciplines available at our clinic — physiotherapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic — ensuring your massage treatment is coordinated with your overall rehabilitation plan rather than delivered in isolation.

Effective massage therapy requires selecting the right technique for each tissue, condition, and patient presentation. Our RMTs are trained in a full range of therapeutic methods and adapt their approach within every session based on your response to treatment.
Sessions are 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Your RMT will discuss your goals, assess your posture and soft tissue, and use the most appropriate techniques to address your specific presentation. A home care plan — stretches, exercises, or postural advice — is provided after every session.
Your first visit begins with a health intake form and a brief assessment. Your RMT will discuss your goals, review any relevant medical history, and explain what they plan to do before beginning treatment. You are always in control — communication throughout the session ensures your comfort and comfort with pressure, positioning, and technique.
