We believe that movement is medicine, and our programs are designed to get you doing the things you love as quickly and safely as possible.

Every program is designed around your specific injury, your functional goals, and your daily demands. Your Program

What to
expect.

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and take place in our clinic’s exercise area. We supervise every session — cueing form, adjusting load, and monitoring your response to ensure you’re progressing safely. Programs typically run 8–16 weeks depending on your condition and goals. Whether you’re here through ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or private insurance, we handle the billing so you can focus on getting better.

You’ll also receive a home exercise program to supplement your supervised sessions, with clear instructions and progressions. The goal is to build your confidence and independence so you can maintain your gains long after your program ends.
