Paul Bains
KINESIOLOGIST/PTA
Paul is a registered Kinesiologist who received his Bachelors degree with Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario. In 2019/20, Paul worked with the Varsity Men’s Hockey team as a Student Athletic Trainer. At the same, he volunteered at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic with USports athletes.
Growing up, Paul competed in many different sports, which has proven helpful when working with a variety of athletes. Away from the clinic, you can find him playing and coaching lacrosse for the Delta Islanders, and working as a trainer with the DV7 soccer academy. In his spare time, Paul enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and following the NHL, NFL and NBA.
